Budget & Billing

Current annual rates are $550 for dues plus a $120 water fee. Payment of the $670 total cost, billed on October 1, can be made two ways:

• Payment in full: Due by December 31.

• Payment plan: 11 monthly payments of $63.33 and 1 payment of $63.37, with the first due by October 31. Total payments include a $90 annual handling fee. Contact us to set up a payment plan.

At the 2023 annual meeting, members approved a dues increase, staged in $100 increments over three years, to help increase the association's reserve fund for major projects; the water fee will remain $120.

Water Hookup Fee

Vacant lot owners building a home are charged $10,000 to cover connection costs and contribute to the overall system. To apply for a water hookup, submit an online request using our contact form.

To encourage water conservation and protect our aquifer, SVWA members approved a Water Overage Policy at the September 2022 Annual Meeting. A flat fee of 20 cents per gallon is charged if your usage goes over the limit of 8,000 gallons a month. You are encouraged to monitor your monthly usage.
