Sierra Vista Water Association is a nonprofit corporation that serves 84 residences (87 once fully built out) on south Camano Island, Washington. Four community wells provide water for Sierra Park, Sierra Vista, Sunnyshore Acres and Tillicum Beach (three properties on the south end of Janet Avenue).

The association's mission is to provide safe water and a reliable water supply for its residents. Responsibilities include monitoring for contaminants, maintaining the pump house, distribution system and general operations, making timely repairs, and upgrading the system, as needed. These expenses are paid for by annual homeowner dues and water fees.
